Cummins ISX Internal Engine Oil Cooler Construction’


1.Existing Cummins engine oil cooler manifold for ISX Cummins engine.


2. Remaining of original equipment, Oil cooler after leaking oil into cooling system.


3.  New heavy duty plate and bar Hi-Tech radiator design ISX engine oil coolers and ready to go into acid wash manifold.


4.One new aluminium oil cooler being refitted to ISX manifold after being cleaned with new bolt and gasket set.


5. A close up view of Hi-Techs finely meshed fin and tube construction for maximum oil flow and cooling.


6.A newly complete set of coolers refitted to manifold with new gaskets and bolts fully pressure tested ready to install to engine.
